  Text: From the testimony of Charles H Schad. Charles Schad was a withness to this will. On page 340 of the will, Charles states that " Aunt Mary is my mothers sister. The Davis childrens mother, was my mothers sister". Charles' mother is Catherine Rhinehart. The "Davis Children" reffered to are Jefferson and Emma Davis. There mother is Betsey Rhinehart.
