I was married to him 23 years ago, the 24th of last June. I had 4 children by the marriage, they are all dead. The last child was born in the year 1860. The child lived no time to speak of." The second statement is more to the point. "Neither did I have any conversation with anyone about Testrators making a will. I first spoke to Mrs. Thomas about the will having been made; she is my sister; she lives in the town of Fayette; Seneca county. This was a week after funeral of the Testrator. She was at our house at the time. She remained there the week after the funeral."
