Buffalo isn't something to work around. It's where I'm from, and it's full of people, businesses, and problems worth my attention.
Be specific enough to be wrong.
Say what it does, who it helps, and what happens next. Then build it and let reality edit the thesis.
The person using it is the point.
I care about work that gives people more time, ability, or choice. Capability without a human on the other end is just a demo.
New tools should change the work.
When something gets dramatically easier, the answer isn't doing the old process faster. It's redrawing the process around the outcome.
